STREET ARTISTS

 

The Municipal Regulations for the discipline of street art were approved by resolution of the City Council no. 32 of 14/03/2024.
The procedure is carried out entirely online as follows:

  1. Log in to your personal area
  2. Click on "Access your personal area" at the top right
  3. Register and wait for the registration confirmation
  4. Always from the personal area, make reservations for parking spaces for your performance of the Street Artist activity and wait for the confirmation of the reservation
  5. You can view the areas subject to occupation by clicking on the "List of squares" link below

The Registration or Declaration of Artistic Activity is the first step and consists of a declaration in which the desire to carry out the activity of street artist in the municipality of Jesolo for the summer season (period of the ZTL – Limited Traffic Zone) is expressed.Registration is subject to the payment of a €16.00 revenue stamp, the only charge as the occupation is exempt from the payment of the fee.
Subsequently, having obtained the Confirmation of Registration from the Municipality, it is possible to make reservations for parking spaces for the performance of the activity of Street Artists who must comply with the following requirements:
- The duration of the assignment of each individual area can vary from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 7 consecutive days
- Reservations can be made no more than 30 days in advance and not less than 3 days from the date on which you intend to occupy
- An occupation cannot be carried out of more than 7 days in the same area during the month
- Reservations can be made with a maximum frequency of one request every 15 days.
- Occupations may last no longer than that of the ZTL
