Griglie Roventi, world barbeque championship, returns to Jesolo on Sunday 26 July 2015, in piazza Torino.
To celebrate the tenth edition, the protagonist will be fish. Starting from 8.30 p.m., the 100 competing couples will challenge in the preparation of the most astonishing recipes.
The jury is composed of professional chefs and led by the food blogger Angela Maci. They will decide which competitor valorises fish better, with original combinations of spices and vegetables.
An unmissable appointment for the enthusiasts, Griglie Roventi guarantees good food, music, and fun.
