SICHUAN PHILARMONIC ORCHESTRA

Thursday 16 August at 21.00 piazza Aurora will host the Sichuan Philharmonic Orchestra with Elia Cecino at the piano, performing in “Grieg ed il fascino del grande Nord” symphonic concert.
The Sichuan Philharmonic Orchestra is one of the most important symphonic realities of the Chinese inland. It is the most famous musical institution in the Sichuan province, which has performed in concerts in prestigious places such as the Berlin Philharmonic Concert Hall, Pompei theatre, the Gran Teatro in Rome, and in other European cities.
For this concert in Jesolo, Elia Cecino will perform at the piano. He is a very talented young artist who developed his musical skills at an early age. He was born in 2001, and has been playing the piano since he was 9 years old with the Prof. Maddalena De Facci; he won the "Città di Venezia" 2013, the "Silver" in Empoli (FI) 2016, "Toscanini" in Brescia 2016, and "Premio Crescendo" in Florence 2016 music competitions, he was also awarded in Belgium, Croatia, Slovenia, Denmark, and Poland. He has also performed at the Carnegie Hall of New York in May 2017.
